This is a beautiful and peaceful studio located 400mts walking from Mistral Beach and 15mins walking from Puerto Banus Marina with all its restaurants and shops. The property has all the facilities with swimming pool, kitchen, dinning place, double bed, smartbox TV and a projector to watch Netflix and Amazon's Prime video movies and Youtube videos (with a 200 inches visual), big terrace overlooking at beautiful and lush gardens. This is an oasis where you can sunbed or enjoy eating al fresco.

The property is a ground floor studio with bathrooom with direct access to lush gardens (with 180 degrees views of these gardens from the studio's terrace) with sunny and shaded areas in the terrace for most of the day. It has a kitchen with dinning table, separated from a double bed with a sofa and a TV with a smartbox to browse the internet or watch streaming services such as Netflix using your own account. It has also a movies projector to watch Netflix, Youtube and browse the internet with a very big 200 inches visual image. The property has also a good private terrace with furniture to sunbed and for eating in the terrace.

The property is part of a complex with private swimming pool and big/lush gardens with a big variety of trees and flowers. It is 5 mins walking to the beautiful Mistral Beach and 15 mins walking to the famous and glamorous Puerto Banus Marina with many of the best known fashion labels in the world and many outstanding restaurants and nearby the big Corte Ingles mall. The property is located between a five stars hotel at 400mts and a four stars hotel, which will give you also additional restaurants and bars options nearby. At less than a 100mts, there is a car rental company and a petrol station (Galp) with a mini-shopping facility with ATM (Galp station is open 24 hours) to buy food, drinks and toiletries. You can also find anything you need at El Corte Ingles mall in Puerto Banus, or at the Carrefour supermarket (20 mins walk) in the direction of San Pedro town. The property is located at 25-30min walking from San Pedro town (which is a more traditional Spanish town) in the opposite direction of Puerto Banus. The property has a bus stop just at least of 100mts from the main entrance. The bus can take you to Marbella Old town or to San Pedro and beyond.
